See. Feel. Create.
"Dear artists, remember that the opposite of depression is not joy, it is expression. So create, create, create, for it is the soul’s medicine."
-Andy Warhol

Rebecca Krueger studied fine art at Minnesota State University Moorhead and graduated in 2005 with a BA in Art. In 2008, she received a Masters in Art Education from the University of Minnesota and began teaching shortly after, working primarily in urban and rural cities of Minnesota.
Her personal artistic journey began in childhood, spending countless hours drawing, painting, and "collaging" in her bedroom. She credits her mom for fostering her aptitude for observation, always encouraging her to draw what she “sees.”
In recent years, Rebecca’s subjects exhibit an emotional intensity that is found in her stylized use of color and expressive lines. Her work is created with a variety of paint mediums and is primarily inspired by German Expressionism and American painter, Alice Neel.
